Refund policy
EXCHANGE AND REFUND POLICY
a. Exchanges are only accepted within 14 days of receiving your item.
b. The customer is responsible for securely packaging and shipping returns, including any shipping fees, customs fees, and duties.
c. You must provide a tracking number for your shipment. If you do not provide a tracking number, we will assume it was never shipped.
d. All items must be new, unused, scent-free with original tags attached in the same condition they arrived. For hygiene reasons, the items will be checked thoroughly upon return. We reserve the right to refuse garments that are soiled, marked and/or arrive back to us in a condition that is not ‘brand new’.
e. Refunds are only accepted if there is a fault with the garment. Incorrect size ordered does not qualify as a manufacturing fault. We cannot provide refunds for change of mind orders.
f. A fault with the garment includes a missing fixtures, a different size received than the size ordered or the wrong item received.
g. Once you have received your order, you have 14 days to make a return on these premises.
h. If accepted, you will be provided with the return address. The liability of postage return costs is with the customer, not Studio Lacerda.
i. Once received, we will provide you with a credit note to purchase something else from our store.
