Shipping policy

GENERAL INFORMATION

a. All international orders are shipped from Sydney with AustraliaPost.

b. Free shipping on orders over €200 / $325 aud / $230 usd / £175

c. Our current process time is 3-5 days.

d. Pre-order items will have an estimated shipping date listed on the product page at the time of purchase. Contact us at info@studio-lacerda.com if you need help with pre-order items.

e. It is entirely your responsibility to ensure your shipping address and details are correct and entered in English characters only.

f. Once shipped, the package becomes your property, and all risks with its delivery transfer to you and the carrier. Please submit a claim with your local courier, if your package is lost or damaged.

g. When your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number.

h. The shipping cost does not cover any potential duty or customs fees that may be incurred when shipping to countries outside Australia. Please note that Studio Lacerda has no control over the cost of taxes and duties and will not assume responsibility for these additional expenses. As your order is shipped internationally you are responsible in understanding your local customs' regulations and for any duty, taxes or fees that apply. 

i. If the customer refuses to pay applicable customs duties and taxes, the parcel is disposed of by the carrier or customs authorities. In such cases, the order will not be eligible for a refund.
