Shipping policy

GENERAL INFORMATION

a. All international orders are shipped from Sydney with AustraliaPost or DHL.

b. Free shipping on orders over €200 / $325 aud / $230 usd / £175

c. Our current process time is 3-5 days.

d. Pre-order items will have an estimated shipping date listed on the product page at the time of purchase. Contact us at info@studio-lacerda.com if you need help with pre-order items.

e. It is entirely your responsibility to ensure your shipping address and details are correct and entered in English characters only.

f. Once shipped, the package becomes your property, and all risks with its delivery transfer to you and the carrier. Please submit a claim with your local courier, if your package is lost or damaged.

g. When your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number.
